Outpost (or anything with the same meaning)
Defensive Stars: **
Capture Points: 10
Repair-Resupply: only Infantry units (including Mechs)
Outposts have the most range out of all the properties, can see up to 4 squares away. However, due to minimal space and defensive measures, only infantry and mech units can be repaired and resupplyed. Also, outposts can be captured in one turn.

Offensive Outpost
Defensive Stars: **
Capture Points: 10
Repair-Resupply: only Infantry and Mech Units
Offensive outposts are exactly the same as outposts, except instead, they have a range of only 3 squares. However, snipers are deployed in the towers and can attack only infantry and mech units 2 squares away (only 2 squares, cannot attack units in the 1st square)

Edit: Alright, alright. I'll add true criticism. Your Offensive Outpost won't work at all, properties that can attack just don't work, I will just ignore it.

Your defensive outpost has flaws, namely the 10 capture rate. This makes Capture-specific COs much more powerful when these types of buildings are present. Their ability to repair infantry and not vehicles only promotes the capture CO's gameplay style. All he has to do is injure you and you can't capture it in one turn. And it makes a 1-side imbalance to any defending infantry/mech on that property. And since they don't repair vehicles, it makes it a very boring infantry vs. infantry game around said outposts. Very boring.

Do a search for the 'Watch Tower' on the forums, and you'll find a plethora of comments why vision buildings fail.

maybe I should add terrain to the guide after all... v_v

Anyway..
Like the Darxter said, no offensive buildings
And the outpost itself is just a watchtower, and that has never succeeded and never will succeed
