i was looking at some lets play series, then remembered about advance wars and you guys...
so hows stuff? and is anyone playing and is cw2 released?


and btw, does anyone know how the .aws or .awm files are encrypted or written too?

Everything is okay, so far. I think a lot more is happening "under the hood" than outside at the moment.

I have been making some progress with CWT. Tapsi has finally finished the engine that'll make customization of unit behaviour pretty easy. As for CW2, Stef has been asking for plenty of images, so I'm thinking he will be improving his graphics system very soon. No word on CO's or AI yet, however...

There are a few players, but the activity on the game is the same as the forums. Mostly Narts, Stef, and DP have been playing. CW2 has been released for a while, since about mid-January. It is fully playable with AWDoR units and CW server support. Stef needs a lot of help with testing and the works...

I'll send you a PM with the .aws and .awm file formats.
