Known Bugs
The color filters aren't fixed yet -- if anyone contacts me with how to do them, it's really a copy/paste deal.
The join/capture thing is still at large (if you join two infantry and the one you move was capturing, it doesn't reset capture points)
0 movement (Eric and Carmen) don't work at the moment - fractional reduction is being stupid

You may have noticed releases have slowed down a bit
I'm sorry about it - expect Jared in the next release. The thing is, I am currently applying to colleges, and trying to handle a number of AP courses simultaneously. It's a bit frenetic for me (ie, why the hell is my school not on a block scheduling system), and while I've been tending to Custom Wars, it hasn't been at the level that I feel that it deserves.

So yeah. Apologies.

Sensei spawn on 2/3rds of his cities now
Colin's COP gives him 40% of income
Eagle's COP has bene changed to decrease attack and increased defense (65/90 air, 55/90 Ground, 50/90 Naval)
Hachi's SCOP gives him 65% costs from bases, 95% costs from cities. (Though it seems as if he has 65% costs from cities, units purchased from cities will explode if you don't have enough money)
Black Bombs now are missile damage, 15000G and are completely unaffected by all cost multipliers (including temporary ones)
